MDS Registered Nurse

Franciscan Ministries is seeking an MDS Registered Nurse to coordinate and manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The MDS RN will complete accurate, timely assessments, support care planning, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll analyze clinical data, optimize reimbursement, and educate staff on documentation standards.
