Be Heard: Share your ideas and help shape the way we work through improvement huddles, employee surveys, and town hall meetings Job Description A Day in the Life Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team Maintain and evaluate patient and staff data collection systems and processes to support the practice of nursing and delivery of patient care Facilitate patient flow on unit as it relates to admissions and discharges Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members Foster and evaluate an environment that empowers and supports staff, including the professional nurse in analysis of assessment data and in decisions to determine relevant diagnoses Qualifications What's Required Active nursing license in the state of Michigan A BSN is preferred.

MDS experience required 3 years of experience in Long Term Care required Charge nurse or leadership experience preferred Additional Information This position is eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus with 2-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare!
