Job Description
Brain Power Enrichment Programs is seeking a passionate and inspiring Math educator, skilled in nurturing the intellectual curiosity of bright and talented students, with a specific focus on Grade 2-5. Our mission is to cultivate our students' growth not only as learners but as analytical thinkers and future innovators. We dive deep into the world of mathematics, covering advanced problem-solving, critical mathematical concepts, the beauty of mathematical theories, and their practical applications in the real world.
As an award-winning after-school program renowned for our commitment to academic excellence, Brain Power has been revolutionizing the educational journey for gifted and talented students. Our classes are tailored for bright students (grades 1-12) who are academically advanced and keen to push beyond the confines of traditional education. Classes run two hours per week for 34 weeks.
We are excited to extend an invitation for you to join our team of elite educators. In this role, you will guide small groups of approximately 6-12 students through an established and stimulating curriculum that includes puzzles, tangibles, and core curriculum. Additionally, this position offers a unique opportunity to network and grow alongside other advanced degree holders and experts.
This part-time, freelance role is designed to fit evening and weekend schedules, allowing you to impact the lives of our super-smart and inspiring students outside conventional hours.
