About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in developing and executing thought leadership, demand generation, investor and intermediary engagement programs.

Working across a wide range of channels and touchpoints, you'll leverage customer insights to create compelling content, deliver targeted campaigns and communications that strengthen customer understanding, engagement and confidence.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Distribution, Customer Operations, Digital Analytics and the broader Customer & Marketing team to continually improve how we engage customers across their journey with us, optimise marketing performance and deliver measurable results.

What you'll do:

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing communications and campaign strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy among investors and advisers.
• Create and oversee development of a range of marketing and sales enablement content, including thought leadership, blog, website content, brochures, newsletters and email communications.
• Create and manage customer communications and engagement programs across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, e.g. webinars, events, conferences and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Manage external creative, media and specialist agency partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Support SEO and digital optimisation initiatives to improve website visibility, engagement and content performance.

About You:

You'll bring proven experience developing and executing B2B integrated marketing campaigns and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. You have strong content development and project management capabilities and enjoy transforming complex concepts into engaging customer communications. You are confident using data and campaign insights to inform decisions, optimise performance and demonstrate value.

You have experience working with investors, advisers or customers within financial services and understand how to create targeted marketing programs that support engagement throughout the customer journey. You build strong relationships across the business, work collaboratively with agency partners and maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing campaigns through compliance and approval processes
