Role Senior Manager / Manager, Product Branding Responsibilities Identify and drive opportunities to own and defend the product in the marketplace Identify product trademark opportunities and support cross‑functional teams to ensure timely acquisition Ensure the product is identifiable and drive product education and brand recognition Develop and manage product names that maximize brand recognition and protect the product Make the product recognizable when worn through external branding such as logos Communicate brand identities through product packaging systems that maximize shopability, functionality, and education Qualifications Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Product Branding Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles Ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business Compensation At Aritzia, the range for roles at this level is $100,000‑$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, with the potential to exceed this range.
