Marketing Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Partnerships Coordinator will support the effective management of high-value partners for Summer of Tennis events including United Cup, Adelaide International, Brisbane International and Hobart International.

Key responsibilities include managing partnership deliverables, coordinating contractual and financial processes, supporting activation implementation, managing budgets, and delivering post‑event reports.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of a portfolio of high-value partners to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial partnership outcomes.
  • Assist in delivering contractual and financial processes for partner involvement across all Tennis Australia events.
  • Support the implementation of partnership activations, including venue signage, ticketing & hospitality, and promotional collateral.
  • Manage expenditure budgets for nominated partners, including cost‑of‑servicing tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in delivering post‑event reports and partner plans, ensuring all partnership opportunities are fully explored.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of brand equity and experience implementing brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
  • High‑level organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Sports Management, Marketing, or similar (desirable).
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements related to Tennis Australia events.
