Overview

In this role you will shape a world-class marketing operation to support ambitious growth. You’ll connect strategy with execution across Marketing, Product and the wider business, turning priorities into integrated plans and high-quality delivery. You’ll lead major campaigns and product launches while building a scalable operation and coordinating with agencies and senior stakeholders.

You’ll bring a strategic marketing perspective with strong operational leadership to drive impact in a fast-paced fintech environment. This is a high-autonomy role with a clear tie to business outcomes and culture.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business, Product and Marketing strategy into integrated plans with clear commercial and customer outcomes
  • Shape major campaigns and product launches with end-to-end planning across Marketing, Comms, Growth, Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance
  • Act as the operational hub for Marketing, clarifying priorities, capacity, dependencies, timelines and budgets across concurrent initiatives
  • Coordinate with channel owners on objectives, media plans, creative development and delivery schedules for high-quality execution
  • Embed Marketing in product roadmaps and delivery cycles through cross-functional planning
  • Maintain forward-looking visibility on risks, dependencies and trade-offs and mobilize the right people to resolve issues
  • Provide commercial discipline to Marketing investment with forecast visibility and budget management in collaboration with Finance
  • Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop briefs and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Key requirements
  • Significant experience in Marketing, campaign management, Marketing Operations or programme leadership with cross-functional delivery
  • Understanding of PR, social, ATL, paid media, partnerships, CRM, web, app and lifecycle
  • Experience working with external agencies, with ability to brief and steer partners
  • Commercial mindset with budget and forecast management
  • Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on, balancing delivery with quality
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment; able to bring structure to ambiguity
  • Experience in a scaled, product-led business; fintech/regulated industry is advantageous
