Introduction to position Generational Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to lead the coordination, optimization, and execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role ensures that strategic campaigns are implemented efficiently, tracked accurately, and continuously improved for performance and impact.

You will take ownership of complex projects, manage vendor and agency relationships, and provide leadership in the daily operations that make the marketing department run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who can tackle ambiguity and thrives on structure, problem-solving, and measurable performance improvement. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, analytics, and lead generation.

You should bring both an operational mindset and the confidence to lead projects independently. Experience in reputation management—including monitoring and responding on Reddit, review sites, and online forums—is highly valued. Familiarity with website content management or basic technical editing skills is a plus.

Willingness to learn new AI tools and use them throughout the marketing operations is critical.
