Job Description

This role contributes to Starbucks' success by supporting the GCA in growing and expanding the Starbucks brand with consumers around the world. The marketing manager leads the development and execution of key brand, communications and growth initiatives that support both brand equity and commercial performance. The role also drives strategic priorities, strengthens marketing capabilities, and establishes best-in-class processes to enable consistent, elevated execution across global markets Given the partnership structure, this role involves extensive collaboration, influencing and building the relationship with Nestle, as well as synchronizing strategies and plans across the Starbucks enterprise, enabling globalization where relevant Here, you'll contribute to our shared success by:

  • Leading the development and execution of global marketing and communications strategies across the Starbucks At Home portfolio, in partnership with Nestlé.
  • Shaping annual communications plans and driving brand growth initiatives that deliver both commercial performance and long-term brand equity.
  • Developing impactful marketing campaigns across international markets, including brand communications, shopper marketing, partnerships, digital content and internal engagement.
  • Supporting the expansion of direct-to-consumer capabilities through CRM programmes, visibility tools, and online and offline customer experiences.
  • Acting as a key advocate for international markets, ensuring consumer and partner needs are represented within the Global Coffee Alliance.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams across Starbucks and Nestlé to align business priorities and drive a consistent One Brand approach globally.
  • Championing Starbucks brand standards and ensuring excellence across creative execution, innovation, packaging and consumer communications.
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across regions, functions and cultures to influence decision-making and deliver shared goals.
  • Developing and implementing new ways of working, processes and frameworks that enable efficient, scalable execution across global markets. Here, you'll thrive by:

    Extensive experience in FMCG marketing, brand management, or marketing communications .
  • Proven success developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including experience working with external partners or agencies.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • A passion for consumer-centric brand building and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working within global or international environments, with the ability to navigate different cultures and perspectives.
  • Experience within retail, food & beverage, or consumer goods industries would be beneficial.
