We aim to build a strong, engaging, and high-impact brand in the fitness industry through strategic marketing and community-driven growth. *Job Summary* We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies. The role involves driving brand awareness, lead generation, social media growth, and campaign execution while working closely with the sales team to support business growth. *Key Responsibilities* *Social Media & Digital Marketing* * Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms * Plan and execute content calendars, reels, and campaigns * Monitor engagement and improve reach and visibility *Content & Brand Strategy* * Develop brand-focused content for social media and campaigns * Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning * Coordinate content shoots, testimonials, and creatives *Lead Generation & Growth* * Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads and memberships * Align marketing activities with sales targets * Track performance and optimize campaigns *Influencer & Partnerships* * Identify and manage influencer collaborations * Build partnerships with wellness and lifestyle brands * Handle outreach and relationship management *Analytics & Reporting* * Track KPIs: reach, engagement, leads, conversions * Prepare campaign performance reports * Provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness --- *Requirements* * Strong experience in digital marketing & social media management * Knowledge of Meta ads, Instagram growth, and branding * Experience with Canva, marketing tools, and analytics platforms * Ability to manage campaigns and coordinate with multiple stakeholders *Preferred Qualities* * Creative and result-driven mindset * Strong ownership and leadership ability * Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously * Trend-aware, proactive, and execution-focused approach * Strong decision-making and accountability --- *Why Join CoreFit Plus* * Opportunity to lead marketing for a growing wellness brand * Creative freedom in branding and campaigns * Exposure to premium Pilates and fitness industry *Work Location:* South Delhi (Onsite) *Language Requirement:* English (Required)
