Marketing Executive

The role The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting Space Station through original social media content, local marketing activity and community‑led charity initiatives. The role combines creative marketing, brand awareness, social media management and strong organisational skills to build and enhance the Space Station brand. Working closely with and providing administrative support to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive takes ownership of local marketing plans, coordinates charity activity and supports the delivery of engaging campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Reporting The Marketing Executive reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with internal teams, local site colleagues and external partners to deliver effective marketing, charity and community engagement activity. The role is office‑based for at least three days per week.

Who We’re Looking For

A candidate with a background in marketing and social media, either through experience or a Marketing/Business degree. Experience with HubSpot CRM is an advantage. The role requires someone who is organised, a confident communicator with a high attention to detail.

This multi‑faced role involves a variety of responsibilities, so a self‑starter who can prioritise, work independently and manage their day effectively will thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Create, plan and manage Space Station’s social media, Google Business Profile and email strategies; and track, evaluate and report regularly on performance.
• Provide administration support to the Head of Marketing.
• Manage and coordinate the Space Station charity initiative.
• Organise and manage the mystery shopping programme.
• Create content for promotional materials and newsletters.
• Manage the marketing material stock.
• Liaise with internal local marketing teams.
• Liaise with external suppliers to provide leaflets and marketing materials.
