About the Role We are looking for a highly execution-focused Marketing & Communications Manager who can manage marketing across content, campaigns, social media, growth marketing, and brand communication.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, creating, communicating, and executing across multiple marketing functions in a startup environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, content sense, creativity, and the ability to independently manage projects end-to-end. What You’ll Do Manage QubeHealth’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms Create and coordinate content for brand, product, team culture, and growth campaigns Plan and execute user engagement campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and CRM platforms Ideate and coordinate in-office shoots, app videos, product demos, Qube Crew culture content, and team interviews Work closely with Design, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams on marketing initiatives Build content calendars and support ongoing brand communication activities Analyse campaign and social media performance and identify growth opportunities Support website, app communication, and marketing collateral updates What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, growth marketing, content, or brand marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of social media and digital content Comfortable creating, coordinating, and managing content and campaigns end-to-end Basic understanding of CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms is a plus Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Someone who takes ownership and gets things done Why Join QubeHealth?
