About the role
As Marketing Campaigns Lead, you will plan, orchestrate and execute strategic marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects and support the creation of new business opportunities across Schoolbox’s priority markets.
You\’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, Sales and Commercial teams, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Brand and Creative, Events and other customer-facing teams to deliver campaigns that are commercially focused, well-coordinated and measurable.
This is not a narrow execution role. One day, you might be shaping a campaign plan for a priority market. The next, you might be drafting copy, coordinating creative assets, scheduling digital activity, supporting sales follow-up or helping ensure Schoolbox’s presence at a conference is professional, consistent and purposeful.
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation, nurture, opportunity creation and market awareness across priority markets.
- Turn business objectives into campaign briefs, audience plans, timelines, channel plans and activation requirements.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaign activity across email, landing pages, paid digital, organic social, sales enablement, nurture and content distribution.
- Draft, coordinate or adapt campaign copy and assets, including emails, landing pages, social posts, advertising copy and sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with Sales to align campaign activity with prospecting, account engagement, follow-up and opportunity creation.
- Amplify Schoolbox’s presence at priority conferences, partnerships and market activations before, during and after attendance.
- Help build nurture pathways that move prospects from early engagement through to meaningful sales conversations.
- Track campaign performance, share insights and use data to improve future campaigns.
- Support repeatable campaign processes, templates and reporting frameworks that improve team efficiency and consistency.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, practical, collaborative and ready to take ownership.
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns, ideally in SaaS, technology, education, professional services or another considered-purchase environment.
- Strong campaign planning skills, including the ability to define objectives, audiences, channels, timelines, assets and success measures.
- Experience supporting lead generation, nurture, sales enablement or opportunity creation.
- Strong writing and campaign copy skills across email, landing pages, social, digital advertising and sales enablement.
- The ability to work comfortably with Sales and other commercial stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and dependencies at once.
- A practical, hands-on approach, including the willingness to draft copy, coordinate assets, brief creative work, schedule activity and help solve delivery issues.
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use campaign data and feedback to improve performance.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality, consistency and follow-through.
About you
You might be:
- A marketing advisor or campaign specialist ready to step into a role with more ownership.
- A senior campaign marketer looking for a broader remit across strategy, delivery and commercial impact.
- A hands-on marketer who enjoys working across multiple channels, stakeholders and markets.
- Someone who likes connecting creative thinking with measurable outcomes.
- Someone who wants their work to contribute to the education sector and support schools in meaningful ways.
