Marketing & Campaign Lead
Lincoln Recruitment Specialists
Job Description
Lincoln Group is a leading Irish professional services group operating five specialist brands: Lincoln Recruitment Specialists, Medforce Healthcare Recruitment, Steering Point Executive Search, Futurecare Homecare and Fortiva Children's Residential Care. We work with some of Ireland's most recognised organisations to find, develop and support exceptional people.
About the Role
This role will involve operational ownership of the group's marketing function across all five brands, with a clear path to the Marketing Manager role within 12 months. Reporting to the Head of Innovation & Strategy, who retains strategic oversight, you will own day-to-day marketing across the group: working hand-in-hand with our recruitment consultants and care-business leaders, owning the calendar, driving brand and campaign delivery, generating qualified leads and candidate flow, and stepping up to lead the function and, in time, build and manage a small team. This is a hands-on, business-partnering role for a marketer who likes being on the floor, picking up the phone, showing up at events and turning marketing activity into commercial outcomes β not just a calendar of posts.
Responsibilities
- Business Partnering β work directly with our recruitment consultants and care-business leaders across the five brands to understand their markets, identify campaign opportunities, and turn marketing activity into qualified leads, candidate attraction and visible brand presence in their sectors.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline β own marketing-sourced lead flow across the group, with a focus on the recruitment brands: build target lists, run trigger-based campaigns, convert website, content and event traffic into qualified conversations for consultants, and report on leads generated, converted and placed.
- Ownership & Delivery β own the marketing calendar across the group; translate brand-level goals into campaigns that move the pipeline; set the measures, run the calendar against them, and bring the trade-offs to leadership.
- Content & Brand β lead content, social and thought leadership across LinkedIn and beyond; coach our consultants and senior leaders to build their own visible voice; protect a consistent, high-quality feel across five distinct brands.
- Events, Sponsorships & Brand Presence β plan and run a calendar of industry events, sponsorships, awards entries and client/candidate hosting; show up in person where it matters; use events as a primary engine for relationship-building and pipeline.
- Digital, SEO & Email β own the digital engine across the brands: SEO and on-page optimisation, CMS publishing, segmented email and newsletters, and the reporting that ties activity back to leads and candidates.
- Design & Collateral β produce branded brochures, decks, event collateral and campaign assets to a high standard using Adobe, Canva or equivalent β across multiple brands.
The Ideal Candidate
- 4β6 years' marketing experience in recruitment, professional services, healthcare or B2B services, and ready to step into a leadership role with a clear runway to manage a function.
- A business-partnering marketer: comfortable sitting beside sales and operational colleagues, sitting in on BD conversations, and tying your work to pipeline and placements, not just impressions and likes.
- Strong on digital: social, SEO, email and CMS, and equally strong on the offline side: events, sponsorships, print and relationships.
- Naturally energetic, curious and positive, the kind of person who picks up the phone, walks the floor and brings ideas to the table rather than waits to be briefed.
- Comfortable being visible: meeting consultants, fronting events and representing the brands externally.
- Lead generation - must be comfortable being measured on leads, pipeline etc.
- Experience working across multiple brands is an advantage.
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
