Job Summary

This role provides essential administrative and tactical marketing support to the sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for executing marketing tasks and fulfilling requests for materials and assistance. A key aspect of this position involves managing various marketing collateral and event logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event logistics and coordination.
• Develop and refine marketing materials like invitations and presentations.
• Manage the ordering, shipping, and tracking of event supplies

Must-Have Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Assist with event logistics and coordination.
• Develop and refine marketing materials like invitations and presentations.
• Manage the ordering, shipping, and tracking of event supplies.
• Oversee the compliance review and approval process for materials.
• Maintain and update website content and attendee databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with event coordination Strong organizational and administrative skills Experience in a marketing support or administrative role within a financial services industry is preferred.
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred for this role.
