What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be hands-on in both execution and leadership development:
- Represent brands at live events, retail campaigns, and promotional activations
- Drive customer acquisition and sales through face‑to‑face engagement
- Support and train new team members on sales strategies and product knowledge
- Assist in coaching and leading a team to hit daily & weekly performance goals
- Work alongside leadership to manage accounts and optimize campaign performance
- Track results, KPIs, and identify growth opportunities
- Help develop future leaders within the team
