Job Description:

The Marketing Analytics Specialist involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various marketing channels to provide actionable insights and support data‑driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving LandSeed’s marketing effectiveness by turning data into clear insights that guide strategy, visibility, and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

TheMarketing Analytics Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Track and analyze performance across campaigns, events, and digital channels
• Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports for visibility
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support teams with clear, data‑driven recommendations
• Help improve how we collect, organize, and use marketing data

Required Experience / Skills:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma Marketing, Business/Business Administration, Communications or related field
• 1 -2 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field
• Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets, dashboards, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, or similar
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
• Comfortable working in an evolving, fast‑moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Skillset

• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving
• Ability to translate data into clear, useful insights
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
• Good organization and communication
