Marketing Analyst III – Fashion Production (E-commerce)

• Work on fashion production for e-commerce photography with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring aesthetic excellence, consistent styling and operational efficiency.
• Lead strategic photoshoots and raise the studio's quality standards.
• Plan and execute fashion production for model photography (e-commerce) at a high quality level.
• Define styling and outfit combinations, ensuring coherence with the brand identity.
• Translate fashion references into practical, scalable executions for the e-commerce channel.
• Work across product categories as needed (e.g., womenswear, menswear, accessories, plus sizes).
• Lead special shoots and more complex productions, ensuring aesthetic direction and smooth operations.
• Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting the improvement of delivery quality.

Requirements

• Solid experience in fashion production (preferably for e-commerce)
• Strong styling repertoire and knowledge of fashion trends
• Experience with complex photoshoots or special projects
• Ability to translate concepts into consistent, scalable execution
• Familiarity with control tools (Excel or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands
