Become a Support Engineer with Marinus Services ULC in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Leverage your technical background to assist users and ensure seamless IT operations. In this full-time, on-site Tier 1 role, you will manage initial support calls, troubleshoot common user issues, and enhance user experiences.
Your ability to collaborate with teams and create standard operating procedures will be vital for maintaining IT system standards and efficiency in operations.
