Marine and Country Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader for a dual-role position in Canada. You will drive strategic growth and market expansion across all business lines while leading the Marine Business Line with full P&L accountability.

This is a key leadership role focused on accelerating growth, operational excellence, and aligning local execution with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for Marine and related business lines in Canada.
• Develop and execute growth strategies through partnerships, acquisitions, and organic expansion.
• Drive full P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial results.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and lead commercial strategy for long-term client agreements.
• Champion Health, Safety, Quality, Security & Environment (HSQSE) excellence.
• Represent the company with clients, government, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead operational excellence, project delivery, talent development, and succession planning.

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada without restrictions.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Engineering, or Geosciences (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility (energy/marine sector preferred).
• Minimum 5 years working in Canada with deep knowledge of local regulations, tax, and labor law.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and people leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
