About Position: As a Software Quality Engineer (Release Testing), you will serve as the final gatekeeper for product quality, ensuring that our network security solutions are robust, scalable, and production-ready before reaching customers. You will play a critical role in validating complex network protocols, security insights, and system integrations across diverse environments. This role sits at the intersection of test infrastructure, cloud platforms, and deep network analysis.

You will design and manage high-fidelity test environments that replicate real-world conditions, working closely with globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality, reliable releases in a fast-paced setting. Role: Manual Tester Location: Pune Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Own End-to-End Testing Lifecycle: Lead release validation efforts across multiple projects, ensuring stability and quality of deliverables. Build & Manage Test Infrastructure: Design and maintain scalable testing environments across on-prem, virtual, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).

Network Protocol Testing: Analyze and validate network traffic using protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS to create realistic and high-fidelity test cases. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Development, Product Management, and global QE teams to triage defects, track issues, and align with release objectives. SIEM & Security Testing: Work with tools like Splunk, Elastic, Sentinel to validate security event logging and insights.

Test Optimization: Continuously improve testing frameworks, automation, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and coverage. Issue Diagnosis & Debugging: Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across system, network, and application layers. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of test strategies, environments, and release readiness metrics.
