The Opportunity

The Citi Commercial Bank Head of Digital Technology & Communications (DT&C) for UK, Europe, and Middle East & Africa (MEA) provides executive leadership across multiple teams of Relationship Managers (RMs), Team Leaders, and product specialists. The role requires an in-depth understanding of how the DT&C sub-function contributes to achieving the broader commercial, financial, and strategic objectives of the franchise.

The Head of DT&C must possess an advanced understanding of the digital technology, communications, media, software/SaaS, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, AI ecosystems and platform ecosystems, including direct competitors’ capabilities, market disruptions, VC/PE sponsorship models, and evolving capitalization structures.
