As we continue to expand through digital transformation and global growth, we are now seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead our US subsidiary in Farmingdale, NY — driving business performance, market growth, and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define, implement, and oversee mid- and long-term strategies for sales, marketing, and operations across the US market.
- Work closely with the global HQ and CEO to develop annual business, sales, and marketing plans aligned with brand and market objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs and ensure consistent execution across all functions.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Drive innovation in go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and brand positioning.
- Take ownership of P&L, forecasting, and annual budget achievement for the US business.
- Manage key accounts and nurture lasting relationships with partners and customers.
- Set and adjust pricing strategies based on market analysis and margin goals in coordination with HQ.
- Lead and inspire US sales and marketing team in achieving revenue targets and delivering outstanding brand experiences.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of both Consumer and Pro Audio markets to strengthen brand presence, develop channel strategies, and drive growth across segments.
- Apply deep understanding of the audio industry’s retail, distribution, and professional segments to identify emerging trends and align product positioning accordingly.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and HQ.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on inventory management, supply chain forecasts, and product availability.
- Initiate and oversee business reporting, performance summaries, and improvement projects.
- Participate in major strategic initiatives including new partnerships, service network expansion, and exhibits.
Your profile
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and profitability through sales and marketing leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management and analytical skills.
- Experience operating in an international, cross-functional, and culturally diverse environment.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
