As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Managing Consultant to lead from the front and play a key role in driving both team and business performance. The Role As Managing Consultant, you will lead, develop, and grow a team of consultants while also maintaining your own billing desk.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, setting performance standards, and creating a high-performing, motivated team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is both commercially driven and passionate about developing people.
