As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Managing Consultant to lead from the front and play a key role in driving both team and business performance. The Role As Managing Consultant, you will lead, develop, and grow a team of consultants while also maintaining your own billing desk.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, setting performance standards, and creating a high-performing, motivated team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is both commercially driven and passionate about developing people. Key Responsibilities Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Recruitment Consultants Driving team performance against revenue targets and KPIs Supporting consultants with business development and client strategy Identifying and implementing improvements to processes and performance Conducting regular reviews, and coaching sessions Building and maintaining key client relationships Creating a positive, high-performance team culture What We’re Looking For Proven experience in recruitment Strong billing history with consistent target achievement Strong business development and client management skills A natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Commercially driven with a focus on revenue growth Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills Ambitious, driven, and career-focused What We Offer Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience) Commission - leadership/team bonus 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Additional annual leave on your birthday A transparent and supportive leadership team High-performing, collaborative culture Team and individual incentives and rewards Opportunity to shape and grow your own team Ongoing training, development, and leadership support
