🚀 We're Hiring: Manager - Workforce Management (WFM)
Ready to lead workforce strategy and drive operational excellence?
We're looking for a Manager - WFM to lead forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, forecasting and real-time workforce optimisation in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Shift: Open to work in shifts
What We're Looking For:
✅ 7+ years of Workforce Management experience
✅ Expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning & Scheduling
✅ Hands-on experience with Verint, IEX, Avaya, Blue Pumpkin, or similar WFM tools
✅ Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required)
✅ Experience leading WFM/RTA teams
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
