Manager - Warehouse Operation

• Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming goods
• Process client/customer orders accurately and on time
• Monitor warehouse space and storage capacity for new and existing products
• Maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Verify physical stock against system inventory and resolve discrepancies
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff/labour teams to meet productivity targets
• Manage workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce overtime costs
• Report daily operational variances to management with corrective actions
• Conduct frequent visits inside freezer storage areas
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inbound/outbound documentation
• Coordinate with external parties for smooth and timely order processing
• Collaborate with internal teams: production, logistics, accounts, sales
• Ensure compliance with applicable state warehouse regulationsOperate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (pallet jack, rider jack, turret truck, forklift)
• Train new warehouse employees on processes, equipment, and safety
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards
• Perform additional duties assigned by management
