Manager, VMS Delivery, IT

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume VMS/MSP recruitment delivery with a strong focus on IT roles.
• Oversee submissions, pay rate management, recruiter coordination, onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
• Strengthen relationships with top banking clients.
• Release IT and business-focused job roles through VMS/MSP programs.
• Review resumes and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage candidate submissions and placements through Bullhorn.
• Provide training and support on VMS platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in VMS/MSP recruitment delivery, account management, recruitment operations, and people management.
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment across financial services or enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting large banking clients or complex enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar ATS/VMS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Excellent communication, client service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with US and Canadian payroll, pay rate calculations, bill rates, margins, work orders, and contractor documentation is an asset.
• Ability to manage and train teams.
