As a key member of the Winnipeg Client Reporting team, reporting to the Senior Director of Portfolio Reporting, the Manager will oversee real estate valuations and analysis for a portfolio of $9.2 billion in assets, while leading a team of two that supports the broader portfolio reporting function.

RESPONSIBILITIES Organize and lead monthly valuation committee meetings to drive informed decision-making. Utilize advanced technology to transform data into meaningful, actionable insights. Review appraisals for accurate accounting treatment and promptly resolve discrepancies.

Partner with GWLRA regional offices nationwide to monitor, analyze, and report on valuation metrics. Deliver concise monthly summaries of valuation changes to Senior Leadership. Conduct detailed cash flow analyses across portfolios to support strategic decisions.

Prepare comprehensive portfolio-level reports for Senior Leadership review. Lead a centralized services team of two, supporting data uploads and accounting transactions for client teams. Oversee engagement and coordination of third-party client appraisals to ensure quality and compliance.

Facilitate team communication and ensure timely coordination of project kickoffs and deadline reminders. Manage the coordination and delivery of source files to external appraisers. QUALIFICATIONS Professional CPA or CFA designation an asset.

Candidates currently in the final stages of obtaining their designation or completing relevant education will also be considered. Minimum 2 years of related work experience as a people leader. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analytic tools.

Experience with Argus, Yardi and Power BI would be an asset. Strong interpersonal, communication, and internal customer service skills with the proven ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
