Operations Manager

Role Overview We are hiring an Operations Manager to run and improve Rouge Care’s day‑to‑day operations. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will be working directly inside Shopify, Asana, and logistics systems to ensure operations run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and processes are continuously improved.

This role is for someone who executes, not delegates. What You’ll Be Doing Work directly in Shopify to manage orders, inventory, and fulfillment data accuracy Manage projects and workflows in Asana to ensure strong execution and follow‑through Own inventory tracking and basic forecasting across SKUs and warehouses Coordinate with suppliers (primarily in China) on production timelines and inbound shipments Manage 3PL and fulfillment partners to ensure orders ship accurately and on time Identify and fix operational issues such as inventory mismatches, delays, and fulfillment errors Build and improve processes for inventory planning, order routing, and returns Document SOPs to create scalable and repeatable systems Improve key metrics like shipping speed, stock availability, and fulfillment accuracy Support product launches by ensuring operational readiness across systems and logistics Examples of Real Work Fix discrepancies between Shopify and inventory (help with integration of 3PL) Build and maintain a simple inventory forecasting model Coordinate delayed shipments and adjust product availability Improve delivery times by optimizing fulfillment routing Reduce stockouts on top‑performing SKUs Clean up and standardize operational workflows What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in project management/operations (logistics, supply chain is a plus) Experience in eCommerce or DTC, Shopify preferred Comfortable working directly inside tools like Shopify, Asana, and 3PL dashboards Strong project management skills, highly organized and detail‑oriented Able to move fast, prioritize effectively, and solve problems independently Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action Comfortable coordinating with international suppliers and external partners Analytical enough to work with operational data such as inventory and orders Technical enough to work on basic automations, integrate AI Nice to Have Experience working with 3PLs and multiple warehouses Exposure to ERP systems or operational integrations Experience improving or automating operational workflows Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, Shopify Flow, Zapier and AI tools What Success Looks Like Inventory is accurate and reliable across systems Orders are shipped on time with minimal errors Stockouts are reduced and planned for Clear visibility across inventory, orders, and fulfillment Operational issues are identified and resolved quickly Processes are documented and scalable Why Join Rouge Care Direct ownership over critical operations that impact the business High autonomy and trust with real responsibility Fast‑growing eCommerce brand with meaningful operational complexity #J-18808-Ljbffr
