We are hiring for a Regional In-charge Quality Control Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Work Experience: 9-16 Years Qualification: B.tech (Civil) Preferred Skills: Team Handling Quality Control Quality Assaurance Client Handling Vendor Management Planning & Budgeting Description: Business Development Prepare technical presentations covering specifications, quality analysis, and client requirements. Educate customers on concrete technical parameters and usage Understand key account needs and promote VAC products with benefits and specifications Customer Feedback Conduct periodic site visits to gather feedback and identify concerns Handle escalated product quality complaints and implement corrective actions Resolve issues related to strength and durability Customer Management Provide mix design calculations and raw material analysis as required Share consolidated customer feedback across all plants Industry Analysis Track product innovations and construction practices Conduct/participate in technical meets with architects, engineers, consultants Identify opportunities to promote technical solutions Product Development Collect and analyze mix and competitor data at plant level Compare raw materials and mix design with competitors for cost optimization Develop new VAC products based on market trends and customer needs Product Testing Perform statistical analysis of cube strength and monitor product performance Conduct VAC product trials to assess performance parameters Coordinate with third-party testing agencies when required Sales Achieve regional sales targets (volume, mix, segment ratio) at optimal pricing Vendor Management – Raw Materials- Coordinate with suppliers for quality approval of raw materials
