Manager / Sr. Manager - Operational Excellence

• Support the development and maintenance of MIS, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reports for business performance reviews.
\n
• Analyse operational, financial, and functional data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
\n
• Support the Cost Excellence Program by tracking savings initiatives, monitoring benefit realization, validating data, and coordinating follow-up actions.
\n
• Assist in monitoring and governing Operational Excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement projects across functions.
\n
• Coordinate with Finance, SCM, Operations, Projects, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to gather data, track progress, and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
\n
• Support process mapping, process performance measurement, and development of operational metrics.
\n
• Prepare analytical insights, presentations, and reports for leadership reviews, management meetings, and decision-making forums.
\n
• Track project milestones, benefits, risks, and action items to ensure effective program governance.
\n
• Support deployment of Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement projects, and operational excellence methodologies through data analysis and project monitoring.
\n
• Assist in identifying opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements across business processes.
\n
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to support the execution of strategic and operational improvement initiatives.
\n
• Support capability-building, best-practice sharing, and initiatives that foster a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
\n

Qualifications & Skills

\n
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Analytics; MBA added advantage.
\n
• 10 - 12 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Analytics, PMO, or Continuous Improvement roles (In Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or related process manufacturing industries).
\n
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel; Minitab and data visualization tools added advantage.
\n
• Lean Six Sigma- Black Belt certified.
\n
• Strong analytical, coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
