Manager/Senior Manager of Accounting Systems

A multi-billion dollar growing organization in the distribution sector is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager of Accounting Systems to lead the management and optimization of their financial systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of accounting and technology, with a focus on improving processes and leveraging modern tools. About the Role The Manager/Senior Manager of Accounting Systems will oversee ERP financial platforms, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.

This position will partner with accounting and IT teams to enhance functionality, implement automation, and support reporting needs. Responsibilities Manage and maintain financial systems Provide technical support and resolve system issues for accounting teams. Collaborate with IT on upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.

Drive automation and explore AI applications in accounting workflows. Support BI reporting and data analysis for decision-making. Ensure integration with other business systems and maintain documentation.

Conduct user training and monitor compliance/security standards. Manage vendor relationships and lead system-related projects. Qualifications Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems.

Strong background in accounting systems management and process improvement. Knowledge of BI reporting and data analysis. Ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally.

Familiarity with compliance and security requirements.
