Title: Asst Manager/Manager Sales Primary Work Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune Reporting to – Vertical Leader for Green field and Modernization for PWS Business JobSummary: We’ are looking for an Asst Manager/Manager Sales with a broad experience within power industry and automation projects Primarily for Renewable Business for PWS on Pan India Basis with an additional responsibility for Modernization Business, Candidate will be Primarily looking for Complete Renewable business which includes Battery, Wind, Green Hydrogen, Solar, Hydro Power. Candidate will also be having additional responsibility for Modernization Business for Conventional Power In this Role, You Will Focus On: Lead generating activities Lead clarifications Opportunity Management Customer relationship management Elaboration and management of proposals and quotations Contract negotiations Provide market research (hereunder input to yearly Sales budget) Owning of Induvial booking /Regions POR/ Target. Preparing optimum techno commercial quote in consultation with proposals team within defined period.
Technical presentations and Demos at customer locations. Work ethically in compliance with Emerson standards. A maximum of - years of relevant work experience in technical sales and solution sales for Renewable Industry Understanding of customer need and translating it into technical solution.
Analytical thinker with excellent Communication, presentation, interpersonal and prioritization skills; well-organized and detail oriented. Excels at self-managing workload and implementing multiple concurrent projects to meet deadlines. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization to meet milestones.
Ability to deal with conflicting priorities from internal stakeholders and demonstrate resilience and strong influencing skills to manage these effectively. Confidence and interpersonal/communication skills to work and influence at all levels. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: .
