Application Deadline: 06/09/2026 Address: 33 Dundas Street West Job Family Group: Customer Solutions This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days in the Toronto office Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert on specific sales force programs and applications for the Financial Planning Program. Analyze business opportunities to recommend new strategies, programs, and tactics. Design and execute programs to improve the effectiveness of the sales force, including the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a suite of sales force applications/programs such as Scorecard, target setting, compensation administration/initiatives, and process improvement.
Provide support to employees to facilitate the achievement of business results. Manage investigations and escalations from sales leaders. Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives. Recommend and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business. Assist in the development of strategic plans.
Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making. Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues. Help determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure alignment between stakeholders. Coordinate the management of databases; ensure alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards.
Break down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues. Participate in change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.
Define the communication plan designed to positively influence or change behaviour; develop tailored messaging and identify appropriate distribution channels. Provide input into the planning and implementation of operational programs. Lead or participate in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processes.
Identify business needs, design and develop tools and training programs; may include delivery of training to audiences. Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Develop and manage a business/group program.
Review the program for effectiveness, consider industry trends, and recommend enhancements; implement changes. Develop sales force tools and assist with training programs. Work independently and regularly handle non-routine situations.
Take measured risks while protecting the bank, aligning decisions with risk management framework and business strategy. Qualifications Typically between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree in Business or a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in program management, especially in-depth.
Strong change management and leadership skills. Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Data driven decision making skills. Salary $69,000.00 – $129,000.00 Salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
