We’re looking for a strong, hands‑on Café Manager to lead daily operations at our busy and creative venue, Rabbit Hole Café. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, coffee, food quality, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage daily service and staff performance.
Create rotas and manage staffing levels. Conduct stock checks and place supplier orders. Maintain high standards in coffee, food, and customer experience.
Lead and motivate the team during busy services. Requirements Previous hospitality management experience. Strong coffee & food service knowledge.
