Job Title: Manager – Performance Media (DV360 & Meta) Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 1-3 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Performance Media professional to join our team as a Manager – Performance Media. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign management across DV360 and Meta platforms, with a strong understanding of branding-led activations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing campaigns efficiently while collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end digital media campaigns across DV360 and Meta platforms Execute, monitor, optimize, and report on branding-led activation campaigns Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance tracking Analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights for optimization Prepare reports and dashboards using Looker Studio Maintain campaign hygiene, pacing, and performance benchmarks Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables Desired Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with DV360 and Meta Ads Manager Understanding of Looker Studio and reporting dashboards Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and manage campaigns independently Quick learner with a proactive attitude Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience Prior experience working in an advertising/media agency environment Exposure to advertising, content, and social media campaigns preferred Ideal Candidate Profile All-in-one campaign specialist with expertise in DV360 & Meta Branding-led activation experience preferred Detail-oriented and execution-focused professional Team player with strong ownership mindset About Omnicom Media: Omnicom Media, an Omnicom (NYSE: OMC) Connected Capability, is the world’s largest global media management network.
