Job Title: ORM Lead (a.k.a. Internet Firefighter ) Experience: 4 - 6 years CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA About the Role: If bad reviews give you sleepless nights and you secretly enjoy turning angry customers into brand fans — this role is for you. We’re looking for someone who can handle internet chaos with calm, wit, and speed.
What You’ll Do: ● Track, manage, and respond to reviews across platforms (yes, even the “1 star – didn’t like the delivery guy’s vibe” ones) ● Turn negative feedback into positive brand moments ● Work closely with CS, marketing, and ops to actually fix issues (not just reply “sorry for the inconvenience”) ● Build and scale ORM processes ● Keep a sharp eye on brand sentiment across channels What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable ): ● 4–6 years of ORM experience in a D2C brand (mandatory) ● Excellent written communication (you know when to be empathetic vs witty) ● Strong crisis-handling ability — trolls don’t scare you ● Data-driven mindset with strong ownership ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us: ● You’ll solve real problems, not just reply to them ● High ownership, high impact role ● Fast-moving team, zero boring scripts Apply at [email protected]
