What You’ll Do Direct production planning and scheduling based on sales demand, inventory levels, and material availability Oversee daily operations, including manpower planning, overtime authorization, and cost control Monitor production yields and adjust processes to meet delivery and performance targets Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, supply chain, engineering, sales, and customer service teams Perform capacity planning for equipment, workforce, and facility requirements Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve operational and strategic goals Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem‑solving efforts within the team Track and report performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities Manage capital expenditures and ensure alignment with budget targets Lead, develop, and manage team members, including hiring, performance management, and employee relations Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment 3+ years of experience managing production teams of 25+ employees across multiple shifts (including 3‑shift operations) 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management in a manufacturing setting 2+ years of experience managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, and overseeing capital expenditures 2+ years of hands‑on experience using production management systems (e.g., ERP/MRP) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Must be authorized to work in Canada Desired Skills Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to interpret and apply company processes, policies, and export compliance regulations Experience with aerospace engines such as Rolls‑Royce T56, AE2100, or GE F110/J85 series Effective leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills Benefits That Make Life Better Comprehensive Healthcare Company pension plan with 100% company match; up to 5% vested (Canada) Paid Time Off starting on day one Bonus opportunities Health- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Short- & Long-Term Disability Learning & Training opportunities Inclusivity Is Our Standard It is StandardAero’s policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including transgender status, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran or disabled status, or genetic information.
