What you’ll be doing:


Lead statewide operational training to strengthen incident management, member capability and operational readiness across the NSW RFS.


Ideal Candidate


You are a strategic leader with experience leading operational training, workforce capability or organisational capability in a complex, geographically dispersed organisation. You build effective relationships, influence across diverse stakeholder groups and lead teams through change to deliver operational and organisational outcomes. You bring sound judgement, a collaborative approach and an understanding of how training, capability and operational readiness work together.


Experience in incident management, emergency services or operational capability is highly regarded.
