Managers will oversee Shift Supervisors in the development of the business and in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. Managers are tasked with ensuring we are meeting and exceeding our high goals and standards.

Oversee staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage, balanced staffing levels, and effective support for daily operations. Ensure Team Members clock in and out according to their scheduled shifts. Training and coaching of new hires, set the tone for the shift, and act as a role model for the team.

Place orders for products and supplies as needed to maintain proper inventory levels and support daily operations. Take catering orders over the phone, enter them into the system, confirm payment methods. Take ownership of all aspects of the store and maintain awareness of daily operations.

Ensure all areas of the business are running smoothly, Guests are being served promptly, and the restaurant remains stocked and clean throughout the day. Count and reconcile drawers at the end of your shift. Before leaving, communicate all relevant details to the next Manager on duty and ensure the next shift is set up for success.
