Overview At EY, you’ll play a key role as Manager in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCASS) team, providing high‑value, independent, trusted Environment, Health and Safety advisory services across many industries. The role involves supporting complex EHS advisory engagements from scoping through execution, translating technical EHS considerations into clear business impacts, and contributing to business development. Regular travel across Canada (approximately 30–40%) is required.

Responsibilities Support delivery of complex EHS advisory engagements from scoping through to execution and client outcomes, operating across strategy, assessment and implementation mandates. Think critically and navigate ambiguity, contributing to structuring practical, business‑driven solutions to complex issues. Work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams, translating technical EHS considerations into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations.

Deliver integrated solutions across operations, risk, and digital enablement, collaborating across service lines to meet client objectives. Co‑lead client meetings, drive discussions with senior executives, and facilitate key workshops. Develop high‑quality written deliverables and client presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment to client expectations.

Understand clients’ industries, key performance drivers, and emerging technical developments. Support business development efforts, contribute to proposals, and assist in account management activities. Lead and manage cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective implementation of engagements.

Delegate work, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Maintain strong project management capabilities, communicating progress and managing client expectations. Use technology and data analytics to continuously improve services and knowledge sharing.

Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationships and market insight. Maintain personal development programmes to improve skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field. 5–8+ years of consulting, project management or industry experience focused on EHS risks, opportunities, and operational safety. Experience covering strategy evaluation and development, management system design and implementation, process improvement, and reporting. At least two of the following: environment, occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, or operational risk.

Bilingual in French and English (both fluency and written proficiency are required). Ideal: experience with EHS/IT platforms such as ServiceNow, Cority, Intelex, or Enablon, including basic workflows and reporting.
