About The Role: To support Kyriba's growth, we're seeking a Financial Reporting Manager with dual accountability across Management and External Reporting, partnering closely with the FP&A team on key deliverables. You'll join a high-impact FP&A team at the core of Kyriba's financial operations, comprising four Finance Business Partners across key verticals and a Senior Manager FP&A. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this role serves as a critical senior leadership pillar within the function.

What You'll Do

  • Corporate Reporting Excellence: Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Kyriba's corporate financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and coherent storytelling across all audiences.
  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting cycle (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in coordination with accounting.
  • Lead the preparation of Board and investor reporting packages translating financial performance.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across all reporting outputs.
  • Debt Reporting: Own monthly and quarterly debt reporting packages (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, leverage ratios, compliance).
  • Manage Kyriba's debt compliance obligations, ensuring all covenants and lender reporting deadlines are met.
  • Cash Reporting: In partnership with the Treasury Manager, manage weekly cash reporting, ensuring accurate and timely visibility of the Group's cash position for senior stakeholders.
  • FP&A Partnering: Manage monthly Adaptive processes: integrations, mappings, versioning, FX updates, and workforce planning reconciliations.
  • Own bonus accrual calculations and consolidated headcount reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Own the management reporting to GAAP bridge, ensuring clear reconciliation between management and statutory accounts.
  • Handle financial information requests from potential clients, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Contribute to group-wide initiatives including systems improvements, process optimisation, and exit readiness.
  • Support the VP of FP&A with ad hoc investor and senior stakeholder requests.
  • Process Improvements and Systems: Continuously improve and automate reporting processes, optimize FP&A systems (Workday, Adaptive, NetSuite, Salesforce), and leverage AI to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years in Finance, including 3-5 years in a senior financial reporting or corporate finance leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting for high-growth SaaS or tech, with strong knowledge of ARR, NRR, GRR, and SaaS unit economics.
  • Experience preparing Board, C-suite, and investor-facing materials.
  • Track record of owning and improving reporting cycles in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as Workday, Adaptive, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS reporting standards.
  • ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional finance qualification preferred.

Annual base salary range for this role is zł200,600.00 - zł253,775.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (e.g. performance bonus or commission‑based plan) and a long‑term incentive.

The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
