Job Description Manager โ€“ Government Sales (LEA & Strategic Accounts) Locations: Mumbai | Hyderabad | Guwahati | Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3+ Years Open Positions: 4 About Us We are a leading company in Cyber Forensics / Digital Investigation / Cybersecurity areas, providing solutions to a multitude of Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), Government Departments, Forensic Labs & Academies across India. We focus on delivering advanced technology solutions while building long-term relationships within the government ecosystem. Role Overview We are looking for experienced professionals with 3+ years of experience in Government Sales The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing government clients, Self-driven, proactive, and result oriented.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, strong client engagement, coordinating with multiple stakeholders & Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Build and maintain relationships with: Police Departments / Cyber Cells / Forensic Labs / Government Departments & Agencies โ€ข Coordinate directly with government officials and key stakeholders โ€ข New Opportunity identification, Requirement gathering, Bid Consulting, Presentation, Strong negotiation, Contract Conclusion โ€ข Monitor and track government tenders and procurement opportunities โ€ข Coordinate documentation, proposal submissions, and compliance requirements โ€ข Work closely with internal teams for technical and commercial submissions โ€ข Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM โ€ข Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting reports โ€ข Ensure proper follow-up tracking and documentation Eligibility Criteria โ€ข Graduate in any stream (Business / IT / Marketing Preferred) โ€ข Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Government Sales โ€ข Willingness to travel for client meetings and business activities Preferred Qualifications โ€ข Experience in Digital Forensics / Cybersecurity / IT โ€ข Good understanding of tendering / GeM, tender portals, and government procurement processes. โ€ข Working knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MS Office โ€ข Existing network within government departments is preferred
