RiseWise Capital is looking for a sharp, high-ownership professional to work directly with the Founders and Leadership Team on some of the company’s most important growth, transformation and execution priorities.

What you’ll work on:

•⁠ ⁠Digital lending, technology and AI initiatives

•⁠ ⁠Strategic partnerships and new markets

•⁠ ⁠Process transformation and operating excellence

•⁠ ⁠Fundraising, investor and leadership initiatives

•⁠ ⁠Business reviews and performance improvement

•⁠ ⁠High-impact cross-functional special projects

This is a high-exposure, high-learning role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working across functions and converting ideas into structured execution.

We’re looking for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in Founder’s Office, consulting, strategy, product, transformation, program management, fintech, NBFCs or a high-growth startup.

MBA/PGDM preferred—but ability, ownership and execution matter more than pedigree.
