We are looking for a highly capable Manager, Emerging Channels to help scale several emerging growth areas within the company. This is a high-impact role designed for a strong generalist who thrives in ambiguity and can turn opportunity into execution.
Reporting directly to the President, this role will lead the development, and execution of a portfolio of emerging business units including but not limited to areas such as Amazon, warehouse sales, retail store expansion, U.S. growth initiatives, and key partner opportunities such as Costco. The mandate will evolve over time as priorities shift, requiring someone who can quickly understand new business challenges, align cross-functional teams, and deliver commercial results.
This role is designed to incubate and accelerate new channels and initiatives. In many cases, you may ideate, build, and launch a channel or growth program, then transition long‑term ownership into an existing business unit or central team once the model is established and scaled. You will also act as a central point person for brand and business information for Endy across emerging initiatives, orchestrating and coordinating subject matter experts across marketing, merchandising, operations, fi nance, and central shared services to ensure alignment and clarity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:- Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of some of the emerging business units and growth initiatives across multiple channels and markets.
- Incubate new channels and opportunities, establishing the strategy, operating model, and early execution before transitioning mature programs to the appropriate long‑term teams when appropriate.
- Translate high‑level company priorities into clear growth strategies, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive revenue growth, performance management, and business health across assigned areas.
- Serve as a key point person for Endy brand and business context across emerging initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned and working from consistent information.
- Orchestrate and coordinate cross‑functional subject matter experts to solve complex problems and deliver integrated outcomes.Partner closely with central teams (including wholesale, merchandising, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure alignment, clarity of roles, and smooth handoffs as businesses scale.
- Build and manage large cross‑functional teams, often through influence rather than direct reporting lines.
- Identify new opportunities, assess business cases, and guide expansion initiatives from concept through launch and scale.
- Establish clear performance frameworks, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
- Lead problem solving in complex or undefined situations and bring structure where it does not yet exist.
- Act as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team on growth strategy and execution.
- A strategic generalist with strong business judgment and the ability to move easily between strategy and execution.
- Experienced in leading revenue growth initiatives or managing a business unit with commercial accountability.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating clarity for others.
- A strong operator who can align diverse stakeholders and influence senior leaders.
- Curious, adaptable, and able to learn new categories, channels, and business models quickly.
- Confident managing large groups of people indirectly and leading through influence.
- Equally comfortable in the details and at the executive strategy table.
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, general management, consulting, strategy, or related business roles.
- Experience directly influencing P&L performance, or directly leading revenue‑driving functions.
- Proven track record of building new businesses, channels, or growth initiatives.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership experience with exposure to retail, ecommerce, or multi‑channel environments.

This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labor market.
