About the Team
Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant). This role will manage the team that supports our CPG advertisers and the DoorDash Partnership team on business insights and marketing analytics.
About the Role
In this role, you will partner with Product, Data Science, & Partnerships teams to pilot and scale thirdâparty measurement capabilities, enabling CPG advertisers to grow their businesses with DoorDashâs marketing products. Youâll manage measurement execution end to end, create training & enablement for advertisers to drive adoption, and own budget forecasts ensuring that weâre meeting demand. You will partner with crossâfunctional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive DoorDashâs CPG thirdâparty measurement roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Partnerships to develop measurement strategies
- Oversee endâtoâend measurement execution and ensure highâquality data delivery
- Create training and enablement resources for advertisers to maximize adoption
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to define and execute the CPG thirdâparty measurement roadmap
- Manage budget forecasts and track financial performance against targets
What Weâre Excited About You
- 6â8+ years of experience in marketing analytics; highâgrowth startup experience preferred
- Expert SQL experience required
- Ability to translate technical details into actionable insights for nonâtechnical stakeholders and communicate clearly across crossâfunctional teams
- Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams to implement scalable marketing measurement solutions aligned with business goals
- Proven track record of leading crossâfunctional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex, fastâmoving environment
- Strong communication and projectâmanagement skills, taking pride in the quality work the team delivers
- BA/BS degree
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $136,000â$200,000 USD, localized by work location. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunities for equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that may include a 401(k) plan with employer matching, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefits match, paid time off and paid sick leave, medical, dental, vision, disability and basic life insurance, familyâforming assistance, and a mental health program.
Paid time off varies by role: salaried roles receive flexible paid time off/vacation plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
