About the Role-

MARS Cosmetics is looking for a sharp, analytical professional to join its Corporate Strategy team. This role will work closely with senior leadership to shape growth priorities, evaluate new opportunities, and drive high-impact strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities-

1. Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and category analysis.
2. Develop business cases for new products, channels, partnerships, and markets.
3. Support annual planning, growth strategy, and leadership reviews.
4. Track business performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
5. Lead cross-functional strategic projects from analysis through execution.
6. Prepare clear, decision-ready presentations for senior stakeholders.

What we’re looking for-

1. 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, consumer brands, or a similar field.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
3. Commercial mindset with an interest in beauty, consumer products, and digital commerce.
4. Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
5. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
