You Are: This position supports the organization and clients in meeting Federal and State regulatory requirements and customer contractual compliance obligations.
The Opportunity: Communicate state and federal requirements to internal and external clients. Distribute, interpret, and monitor the implementation of regulatory changes. Prepare analyses/metric reports on regulatory communication and change‑management activities.
Oversee and maintain HealthEdge regulatory‑change‑management policies. Support compliance risk management and monitor plans. Partner with customer health plans (commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid) to support regulatory requirements.
What You Need: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of seven (7) years of health plan experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Previous compliance and/or regulatory requirements experience. Relevant certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CCEP, CHC) or completion of a graduate certification program. Working knowledge of health‑plan compliance, including monitoring, auditing, and corrective‑action implementation.
Deep understanding of health‑plan operations and how compliance interacts with business functions. Experience developing, maintaining, and reviewing policies and procedures for a healthcare compliance program. Compliance evaluation and auditing experience to identify operational problems and recommend solutions.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects. Effective communication skills, including excellent writing, for reporting project risks and progress to senior management and partners. Proven collaboration and advising ability on compliance matters.
Ability to develop practical business solutions and facilitate risk assessment. Compensation The compensation range is $100,000–$120,000 per year, varying by office location, role, skill set, education, and experience. Role Location Remote.
Benefits Full‑time regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave, 10 paid holidays, and bereavement leave.
