Job Description

Position Overview Zelis is seeking a Compensation Manager to support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for our associates globally. This role will partner with P&C, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations. You will play a key role in market benchmarking, compensation planning, job evaluation, and incentive program administration while helping ensure pay practices support business performance and talent retention.

Job Description What Youโ€™ll Do Compensation Programs Support the development and administration of compensation programs including base salary, incentives, and bonuses. Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to maintain competitive pay practices. Support annual compensation review processes including merit increases and promotions.

Job Evaluation & Pay Structures Evaluate roles and align them with internal job levels and pay ranges. Maintain salary ranges and ensure internal pay equity across teams. Incentive & Bonus Administration Assist with administration of bonus and incentive programs.

Monitor program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compensation practices align with applicable India labor and statutory regulations including:Code on Wages / Minimum Wage requirementsProvident Fund (EPF) contributionsPayment of Bonus requirementsProfessional Tax obligationsGratuity eligibility and statutory benefits Reporting & Analysis Analyze compensation data and provide insights to HR and business leaders. Maintain accurate compensation data and support reporting needs.

Collaboration Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support compensation decisions and hiring offers. Work with global compensation teams to align regional programs with company practices.
