Manager, Adobe Experience Manager Technology Manager, Adobe Experience Manager Technology We're looking for an experienced AEM Group Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for creating personalized web experiences and leading technical initiatives, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do: Lead software releases for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working with both traditional ("headful") and modern ("headless") setups.

Partner with business teams to understand project needs and plan AEM environment requirements. Work with management to create and carry out staffing and operational plans. Help set department goals for both the short and long term.

Keep an eye on our service delivery and report on how we're doing. Translate marketing ideas and business needs into technical plans and effective solutions. What You'll Bring: Hands-on experience with AEM in both headful and headless deployments.

Experience with Adobe Launch and Adobe Target. A solid understanding of marketing and how to use marketing technology (MarTech) to create personalized web experiences. Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), with 5+ years of experience.

Experience with modern software development practices like DevOps, test automation, test-driven development, and Site Reliability Engineering. Excellent communication skills – you'll be able to explain complex technical concepts to anyone, from engineers to executives. An undergraduate degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
